Brockville Theatre Guild Student Awards’ Process

  1. All awards are available to graduating students from Ange-Gabriel, BCI, St. Mary, South Grenville or TISS.

  2. To qualify for this award, students must have participated in some capacity in productions by the Brockville Theatre Guild

  3. The value of the award may be up to a maximum of $500. (If multiple awards are given in a single year, it is recommended that the amount be $300, depending on the financial status of the The Guild.)

  4. One or more awards may be given per year and only if there is a qualified applicant.

  5. Students will complete an application form including information on their post-secondary plans and contributions to the BTG during their high school career and submit it to the Brockville Theatre Guild Board at brockvilletheatreguild@gmail.com

  6. Students will be selected by the Brockville Theatre Guild Board based on their contribution to the BTG during their high school career.

  7. If a child of a Board member is considered for this award, the Board member (parent) will recuse themselves from voting.

  8. Upon selection, the student will be notified by the Board and invited to the Annual General Meeting at which they will receive a letter advising that they must provide official written proof of enrolment before receiving the award.

  9. Once official proof from the institution has been received a cheque will be issued to the student.
